REDP!NG Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: May 8, 2026

These terms govern access to the REDP!NG website, mobile applications, and related platform workflows that are publicly described by REDP!NG.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using REDP!NG, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the service

REDP!NG is a safety communication and coordination platform.

REDP!NG may support workflows such as:

  • SOS activation with countdown-based safeguards.
  • Emergency contact notification.
  • Location sharing and emergency session tracking.
  • Restricted responder and SAR coordination workflows.
  • Hazard, messaging, and safety-related features where enabled.

REDP!NG does not claim to be a direct emergency service provider, ambulance provider, police service, fire service, rescue operator, or guaranteed responder network.

3. Emergency disclaimer

In any life-threatening emergency, contact your local emergency number first.

REDP!NG is intended to supplement communication and coordination workflows. It is not a substitute for official emergency channels, and it does not guarantee dispatch, response time, rescue outcome, or service availability.

4. Account and user responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and emergency contact information.
  • Use REDP!NG only for lawful and legitimate safety-related purposes.
  • Keep your device, credentials, permissions, and emergency information reasonably up to date.
  • Understand the limits of mobile devices, sensors, connectivity, and battery life.
  • Avoid misuse, false activations, fraudulent activity, harassment, or interference with responders or other users.

5. Permissions and device dependence

Some REDP!NG workflows depend on:

  • Location permissions.
  • Notification permissions.
  • Motion or activity permissions for advanced detection features.
  • Network availability, battery state, device health, and operating-system behavior.

If required permissions are denied, revoked, or interrupted, parts of REDP!NG may not work as expected.

6. Advanced and experimental workflows

Some REDP!NG capabilities, including sensor-assisted crash or fall detection, failsafe escalation, hazard intelligence, responder dashboards, or premium automation, may be limited by release stage, entitlement, environment, device compatibility, or regional readiness.

REDP!NG does not guarantee that any advanced workflow will activate, detect, transmit, or resolve every emergency situation.

7. Independent responders and organizations

REDP!NG may interface with independent SAR teams, volunteers, organizations, administrators, or related service providers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate written agreement:

  • Those parties are independent from REDP!NG.
  • REDP!NG does not guarantee their conduct, availability, or performance.
  • REDP!NG does not guarantee the outcome of any responder or organization workflow.

8. Privacy and data use

Your use of REDP!NG is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Security Policy published on the website. By using REDP!NG, you acknowledge that safety workflows may involve account information, contact data, location data, emergency session records, and limited sharing with relevant contacts, responders, organizations, or infrastructure providers.

9. Service availability and technical limits

REDP!NG may be affected by:

  • Network outages or degraded coverage.
  • Device damage, low battery, or operating-system restrictions.
  • GPS inaccuracy, sensor variability, or limited background execution.
  • Service maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party dependencies.

You should not rely on REDP!NG as your only emergency communication method.

10. No warranty

REDP!NG is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. REDP!NG does not make guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, responder availability, or fitness for every emergency scenario.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, REDP!NG is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Emergency outcomes.
  • Delayed or failed alerts, messages, or location updates.
  • Conduct of independent responders, organizations, or third parties.
  • Device, battery, network, or service failures.
  • Inaccurate user-provided data or sensor-derived results.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension or termination

REDP!NG may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for misuse prevention, security, operational risk, legal compliance, or breach of these terms.

13. Changes to the platform or terms

REDP!NG may update features, workflows, entitlements, pricing, technical requirements, and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing framework

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and legal requirements associated with REDP!NG operations and the relevant deployment context, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
